E-Staff Caller ID Privacy Policy

Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we use, protect or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable Information.

On each incoming call, E-Staff Caller ID searches for a matching contact in your E-Staff database. For this purpose, E-Staff Caller ID sends requests containing phone number of a caller to an instance of E-Staff server owned either by you or by your employer. Requests are sent only to the server with address specified in the Settings section of the application.

Checked telephone numbers are not kept anywhere outside your phone unless you select “Store in E-Staff� command for an individual contact.
In any usage scenario, Datex Software Ltd has no access to the information passed between your phone and your instance of E-Staff server.
